CANTON TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- Two people were burned in a Washington County house fire overnight.State police received a call for the fire shortly after 1:30 a.m. in the 100 block of Crescent Drive in Canton Township.Firefighters who arrived at the scene reported that the single-story house was heavily damaged by fire, a cause for which remains under investigation.
Gladys Louise Crompton, 81, and Lory Ann Crompton-Jenkins, 48, were flown to UMPC Mercy for burns on their bodies.
