NORTH BELLE VERNON, Pa. -- Two people were flown from an accident on Interstate 70 in Westmoreland County after striking a deer Saturday evening.Authorities said a car struck a deer near exit 42 in the westbound lanes in North Belle Vernon at about 4:30 p.m.The deer crashed through the windshield and the car overturned, landing atop of another car, authorities said.
No further information was immediately released.
